Our mission is to provide high quality legal services for individuals and companies, aiming to not only satisfy clients but also "delight" them, and ultimately contribute to the improvement of personal lives and the development of companies. It is a prerequisite that our service is satisfactory to clients and we believe that it will contribute to the improvement of individual and corporate values by going above and beyond expectations.
We emphasize two perspectives as an approach to execute the missions mentioned above.
Pursuit of professionalism
Lawyers can meet a clients’ needs only if they are specialized in the fields applicable to their issues, similar to specialist doctors. We believe that we should take the same approach for lawyers. We encourage each lawyer to fine-tune their area of expertise so that we can offer clients a wide range of professional legal services, like a general hospital housing multiple specialists.
Execution of self-realization and self-improvement
In order to develop a lawyer corporation, it is impossible to keep improving the legal services without our lawyers’ self-realization and self-improvement within the office. We strive to ensure the inside-out strategy and encourage our lawyers to feel that their growth and development will rub off onto the corporation and our legal services.
